Morgan Hoekstra

As an executive administrator, Morgan oversees allocating Hill Island Financial’s human capital in both their time and resources. This encompasses the entire team but is deeply rooted in assisting both Kevin and Josh, the partners of Hill Island Financial, to be as effective as possible. Morgan spearheads our efforts as “Metrics Guru”  because our belief is that accurate data leads to informed decision-making, and she ensures that we are following through on our commitments to our clients and to ourselves.

Prior to joining Hill Island, Morgan spent ten years in the healthcare industry.

Morgan has a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and a master’s degree from Aquinas College.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family, which includes attending her brother’s hockey games and boating on Mona Lake in Muskegon.
