In her role as operations manager, Caitlin helps team members stay organized and well-equipped so they can step up and deliver for clients at all times. She loves working in the background to ensure every aspect of the office is operating as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Caitlin has a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University in Michigan.
After moving from Michigan to Vermont for five years, Caitlin decided to move back and settle down in West Michigan with her husband, Julio. They enjoy spending time with their two daughters, Alex and Lucia and their dog, Barney. With family connections from the U.P. all the way to Peru, they love to travel and look forward to planning many family trips as their daughters grow.
