As the COO, Jen’s goal is to ensure we keep both clients and our people at the heart of the organization’s success. Jen supports the team in delivering exceptional client service by aligning operations with customer needs and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Jen is a seasoned professional with 16 years of experience building and leading a private, multi-generational high-net-worth family office. In this role, she led the delivery of financial, philanthropic, and lifestyle management services that aligned with the family’s distinctive goals and values. Her previous roles include leadership and board positions across manufacturing and philanthropy sectors.
Jen is a native of Grand Rapids and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University.
